Children's beads

Baltic amber has been used in folk medicine for centuries to soothe the pain of teething. It is believed that the child's body warms the amber, releasing oils containing succinic acid. The theory is that the succinic acid is absorbed into the bloodstream, helping to relieve the child's pain.  The baby beads are made from natural, authentic Baltic amber.
