About baby beads

Baltic amber has been used in folk medicine for centuries to soothe the pain of teething. It is believed that the child's body warms the amber, which releases the oils containing succinic acid. The theory is that the succinic acid is absorbed into the bloodstream, helping to relieve the child's pain.  The baby beads are made from natural, authentic Baltic amber. Wearing amber necklaces does not cause any unwanted side effects. The beads are rounded and polished so that there are no sharp edges. All amber necklaces are handmade from natural Baltic amber.
